Alcan\u00e7amos um percentual de 99% de sucesso nas a\u00e7\u00f5es. Para garantir esse direito \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio dar entrada no procedimento junto \u00e0 operadora de Plano de Sa\u00fade e se for negado procurar a Defensoria P\u00fablica para darmos entrada na a\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, disse Elisabete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.defensoria.se.def.br\/?attachment_id=14519\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14519\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-14519\" src=\"http:\/\/www.defensoria.se.def.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC0776-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"_DSC0776\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.defensoria.se.def.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC0776-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.defensoria.se.def.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC0776-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.defensoria.se.def.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC0776-1024x684.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Segundo\u00a0 o idoso Jos\u00e9 Augusto dos Santos, as concession\u00e1rias de empr\u00e9stimo est\u00e3o praticando verdadeiro abuso com juros que fogem da realidade. \u201c\u00c9 um absurdo, peguei \u00a0R$ 1 mil reais emprestado na Crefisa e estou com uma d\u00edvida de R$ 3 mil. Parabenizo a iniciativa da Defensoria P\u00fablica \u00a0em aproximar os seus servi\u00e7os da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Aqui fui muito bem atendido\u201d, pontuou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com o defensor p\u00fablico e integrante do N\u00facleo do Consumidor, Orlando Sampaio, alguns procedimentos solicitados por m\u00e9dicos s\u00e3o negados de maneira injustificada por planos de sa\u00fade. \u201cO ponto principal que gostaria de frisar \u00e9 a rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos de sa\u00fade com seus usu\u00e1rios consumidores. O que vem acontecendo em regra \u00e9 que os planos analisam economicamente o valor do procedimento e acabam optando por n\u00e3o custear de maneira injustificada\u201d, enfatizou Orlando.<\/p>\n<p
