mundialmente em 15 de Mar\u00e7o e, para celebrar a data, a Defensoria P\u00fablica do Estado de Sergipe, por meio do N\u00facleo de Defesa do Consumidor, em parceria com o Procon Estadual realizaram na quarta-feira, 13, inspe\u00e7\u00e3o nos planos de sa\u00fade Hapvida, Unimed e Plamed para verificar se as operadoras atendem \u00e0s normas da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade (ANS) no momento em que o consumidor est\u00e1 contratando o servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelas defensoras p\u00fablicas do N\u00facleo do Consumidor Juliana Falc\u00e3o e Elizabete Luduvice, e pela diretora do Procon Estadual, Tereza Raquel e a fiscal Maria Cl\u00e1udia, ficou constatado que h\u00e1 defici\u00eancia no repasse de algumas informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao consumidor em algumas operadoras como: aus\u00eancia do exemplar do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, desconhecimento por parte dos atendentes de algumas empresas credenciadas dos planos, entre outras falhas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.defensoria.se.def.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-03-14-at-14.34.28-2-1.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" p\u00fablica Juliana Falc\u00e3o, a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada em virtude da grande demanda de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a planos de sa\u00fade que chega ao N\u00facleo. \u201cO consumidor procura a Defensoria porque n\u00e3o est\u00e1 tendo, por parte das operadoras, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas, claras e precisas acerca das restri\u00e7\u00f5es constantes no contrato como, por exemplo, prazos de car\u00eancia e cobertura. Verificando se h\u00e1 ilegalidade, emitimos um auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o, onde a empresa ser\u00e1 notificada e ter\u00e1 prazo para resposta.
